About the SIQ

The Sport Imagery Questionnaire (SIQ), a test that measures athletes' use of imagery, is now available online as an electronic download. Both the SIQ and accompanying comprehensive SIQ manual are available online.

Test participants can complete the SIQ online. The test licensee has the option of downloading hard copies of the SIQ when test participants do not have internet access. As an added benefit, we can provide the test licensee with group subscale SIQ scores for all participants once the test project is completed.
